Over the last week, our County has reported a downward trend in active COVID cases. There have been no additional residents or staff members who have tested positive at EdenHill Communities. One employee remains symptomatic and will not be permitted on our campus until they are cleared in accordance with local and state health official guidelines.
COVID-19 has been particularly hard on older adults. Per our Governor, visitation is still prohibited in Senior Living Communities. We would like to continue to encourage all families of our Assisted Living and Healthcare Residents to utilize regular communication through FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Duo. We have a dedicated team to facilitate these sessions. There is no replacement for face-to-face interaction, but we are hopeful that this temporary substitute will be well used.
