The EdenHill Communities Transportation Department provides ADA services in support of seniors and individuals with disabilities

Transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities is provided on an as-available basis, with a minimum of 48-hours notice. The service is provided from the “front” door of your residence to the point of service or the closest point so that the lift can be deployed and the vehicle secured. Family members and/or care attendants are encouraged to travel with you and there is no extra charge for care attendants.

EdenHill transportation will make reasonable accommodations for service animals, care givers, portable oxygen and mobility equipment.

Outside the city of New Braunfels, transportation may be arranged to: San Antonio, San Marcus, Seguin and Canyon Lake. The fee schedule is based on mileage.

The schedule for transport is maintained by the Transportation Scheduler at EdenHill Communities.

The following information is needed to schedule transport:
1) Name of Person
2) Date of Transport
3) Destination
(Address & Telephone)
4) Time to arrive at destination

Service is provided from the “front” door of your residence to the point of service or the closest point so that the lift can be deployed and the vehicle secured. You should be ready for pickup at least 30 minutes prior to a local appointment; one hour for an appointment in Seguin or San Marcos and 90 minutes for an appointment in San Antonio.
